Great and EXCEPTIONAL service.

I would really like to pay a big compliment to Alexander Forbes Insurance and their staff. A Big Thank you for EXCEPTIONAL and professional service. I had a claim this week. I phoned and was put through to Bontle Malope. She answered the phone with such a friendly voice you could actually feel the smile on her face. Whilst I gave her the details of the claim in English, she realized my mother tongue is Afrikaans, and rep**** in fluent Afrikaans that she will sent me the necessary claim form, and offered to assist with anything else, should I require any help. Now this is where Alexander Forbes amazed me. I send the claim form and the Quotation/Invoice for the replacement of the item to her on Tuesday afternoon, 24 November 2015 at 15:30. Wednesday 25 November 2015 at 08:36 I received a mail that confirm the have received my documentation and will process the claim, the very same night, 25 November 2015 the claim was paid, thus in 24 hours Alexander Forbes Insurance received, processed and paid my claim. Well, that says it all for good and proper insurance. Thank you Alexander Forbes Insurance and Bontle, you have me as a client for life. This is just super service.
