Gratitude to the two ladies for efficiency

My car needed repaires as i bumped it at my garage doors.The asssessor decided to approve for the second hand mirror and my fender was not fixed claiming its an old scratch. i was fuming to Johana also threatening to leave this insurance. She managed to calm me down and promising that all will be well. She used to phone me almost daily updating me about my claim. Norah was also assuring me and giving me feedback constantly. both these ladies are so proffesional and efficient in their work. Maybe if it wasnt for them i would have left Alexander Forbes whom i so love as it never failed me before. My gratitude goes to you ladies.Thank you so much. My car was fixed to my satisfaction. Definately Im going no where. Alaxander Forbes is the best insurance which i can not trade it for anything to date. i have years with it and always to my satisfaction until this last mishap.Ladies again thank you so much.
