I was assisted by a lady called Lerato Motsoko from momentum insurance. the claim related to my damaged car key. from the day I called in to place a claim she has been very kind, professional and empathetic. she made it a point that she do follow up calls .worked together with dealership to ensure that she receive proper quotes and etc. she mastered the service from the start to the end without vanishing in the middle of the claim. I am very grateful for her service , we need consultants like her especially in this financial industry.
