I had to process two claims in the last three months and was assisted by Zandre Crous. It has, in both instances, been an absolute pleasure to deal with her. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable on all items claimed and made sure that both claims were resolved with in 24 hours, with payments already made, pending clearance in my bank account, which was within 12 hours in both cases. I will definitely ask to deal with her directly the next time I have to claim anything. Perfect service!! Well done!!
