Good Car insurance

I recently dealt with Momentum short term insurance after someone ignored a stop and rammed into my car. Since I don't have a broker, I dealt with them directly. The call centre usually answered the phone within 2 miutes of me phoning them and it didn't take long to get to the correct person who could assist me. Even when the person handling the claim wasn't available, the other operators were really helpful. They didn't offer much to replace the vehicle, but I guess that's just the skewed definition of retail value. There were some issues along the way, but it was resolved, usually within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Momentum for short term insurance.
