Giving up after more that 50 years!

We have had Alexander Forbes as our agents for over 50 years, though previously the company was under another name, and now has been taken over by yet another company. We had always experienced good personal service from them until recently. We submitted a claim to them that we had already paid, requesting to be re-imbursed. But they obviously did not read the details and paid the claimant yet again. Eventually we were able to get the refund to us, however not without plentiful correspondence, and absolutely no form of apology. Rude and inefficient seems to be the branding nowadays. Good bye to them..........
