seriously the WORST call centre in the universe. this is not the first time i have had an issue with them. firstly when wanting to update your policy, you will wait for ages to ghastly music and then hang up and try again and the same thing.

i called SEVEN times this morning after dealing with abrupt, rude operators who knowingly will put you through to lines that are constantly busy. when you ask for a call back, nothing...

hopeless company. avoid like the plague.
