Awesome service received from Adelphia Dimney. I have interacted with another customer service agent on Monday 7/09/2020 an had no joy. Adelphia's attitude towards her work is entirely on another level and she definitely has a winner's attitude as she takes her customer seriously. The professional manner in which Adelphia handled my query must be commended and I am sure Adelphia is a valuable member of Momentum's customer service team. Thank You Adelphia for being patient with me and helping me understand in resolving my query. Much appreciated
