Frustrated customer

The insurance company failed me as a client and the excuse I am given is that there are no technicians to take the car out of gear in the area and put it on a flat bed truck. There were no follow up calls and my information was not recorded at the call centre. Three days down the line, my car has still not been towed and is still in the place where it had broken down which is close to 25km from my home.
