Friendly and helpful service

My son left his car lights on and when he got back to his car the battery was discharged and the car wouldn't start, his mobile phone had also run out of battery so I had to assist him to get help, I called the Alexander Forbes emergency number and got through to Catharine how assisted us in the most friendly manner. Even though it took some time for the assistance to arrive she was continually in touch with me. Thank you Catharine for your help and patience.
