FOUR (4) GOOD YEARS WITH MOMENTUM!!

On the night of 14 April 2024, I was unfortunately a victim of the flash floods that happened in KZN, Margate side. I was driving into the Complex and as I was driving, I noticed that the water is higher than it should be, so I stopped and tried to reverse but it was too late, the car got stuck in the pool of water and I had to escape through the back door.

The following day I contacted Momentum and they were very helpful, they took the car for assessment and the case was handed to their Investigator Mr. Bongisipho. To cut the story short, the car was written off, the claim was approved and I was happy with the insurance value of the car (I thought they would cheat me lol), to be honest the value was actually more than what I expected.

I have been with Momentum for 4 years and I would recommend it to others, their premiums are relatively cheap, their customer service functions well. I would have given them 5 stars if the investigator did not ask me why I drove into the Water LOL, that question annoyed me, it is not like I drove into a pool, there was a road there that just happened to be flooded. When it rains, the road will normally have standing water, there is no way of knowing how deep the water is, plus it was at night. But anyway, I am grateful to Mr Bongisipho for his assistance.
