Formal Complaint Regarding Claim Number CP944503MP

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the manner in which my claim (Claim Number: CP944503MP) has been handled. While I appreciate the approval of the bodywork repairs related to the accident, I am extremely disappointed that the mechanical damage caused by the same incident has not been approved.

The mechanical damage has rendered my vehicle undrivable, and without addressing these issues, it is impossible for me to safely take the car back after the body repairs are completed. I am struggling to understand how I am expected to accept a vehicle that cannot be driven, given that the mechanical damage is a direct result of the same accident.
