Forced to claim from my insurance was not my fault

I was treated badly by Alexandre Forbes Brooklyn Legal Department today 7 Dec. Being forced to claim from my insurance although their client rode into my car. I did report the accident to my insurance but was advise to claim 3rd party from the guilty party's insurance.<br> <br> The accident happened on 27 Nov already. Took a week to register the claim, consultant (K. Tlaka) is on leave no handover done in her absence. Escalated to manager Solomon today, he requested an entire week until Fri 11 Dec to review the claim file with the help of Hantie. No assessment was done of my car yet, what info is the review based on?<br> <br> I explained that I am driving a vehicle with a broken window, no light cover at the back and damaged rim causing damage to my tyre. I explained this is unsafe for my 9 month old baby and 3 year old child that I have to transport in my vehicle everyday in peak traffic and Johannesburg CBD with glass all over my car, a safety risk to me and my kids.<br> <br> I kindly require an assessment of my car done, guilt statement issued for review by my insurance legal department and car repair settlement amount including child endangerment and trauma for my two kids by 9 Dec
