For the past two years Momentum 's service has been horrible

For the past two years Momentum 's service has been horrible. Worse than Eskom. Several consultants promised to call back or email me and never kept their promises. At least six!!!! They take no pride in their job. You should definitely get rid of several of your consultants..I was planning on going over to Outsurance. ..... at last , today I've spoken to Prince Musa. What a surprise!!!! Excellent service. At last someone kept their promises, came back to me, resolved everything without putting the phone down. Also assisted in lowering my premium. What a friendly man!!! Takes pride in his job. You should try cloning him!!!
