Fantastic service with short term insurance

I had an unfortunate incident that caused damage to my car's turbo while I was in a remote area in the Midlands. Initially I was going to try sort out the problem (a seal) directly with a mechanic. I phoned Momentum the following morning to let them know what was happening, and they immediately proactively got involved, insisting on towing. Towing company contacted me within 10 minutes and vehicle was loaded on 2 hours later, during which time car rental had been arranged - including delivery to me about 50km away from any major city. I was constantly kept in the loop from the agent (Sean). The assessment was completed quickly and repairs authorized, with the assessor (Suvir) inspecting the vehicle in the midlands on the 2nd day and then coming up to Jhb the next to run through the details - professional and prompt. A couple of weeks later, and all repairs were sorted without a single hiccup and regular status updates. Thanks Suvir for actively following up with the repair shop and keeping me in the loop and for professional speedy service to the whole momentum team.
