Fantastic Service

It was the morning of the 15 February 2021 that disaster struck . I was involved in an accident in the Bluff. Im so glad that Momentum had my back. They were so efficient in calling me and arranging a flatbed truck to recover my Lexus . They gave me the exact information I needed to identify the tow truck on the scene. This is essential at an accident scene and there are so many predators waiting to take advantage of your situation.

The car was taken to Catoridge and that is when Tshepo Moeketsi contacted me . She was totally professional in her approach. She kept me informed of the entire process that was going to transpire. That made a big difference as I now knew what to expect.

Thereafter she continued to update me all the way through the process on a daily basis, which relieved me as I knew Momentum was working on my claim . She constantly confirmed all documents were in order and that nothing was outstanding. If she required any more documents, I was emailed timeously yet again confirming she received them and all was in order .

I must commend Tshepo on one of the days she that was delayed . She emailed me an apology for the delay and she assured me she was working on my case . That's amazing! The apology makes all the difference to the client to relieve the stress of a claim as the client is waiting for an update .

Finally , when the claim was processed, she handled the payout extremely efficiently. Getting the authorisation , getting the agreement of loss signed , right up to the confirmation of payment to my bank .

She is really a Star and a great asset to Momentum. She will definitely be successful in all her endeavours due to her hard work and commitment to providing the best service. I would like to wish her all the best in her future career.

The turn around time and service from Momentum was fantastic .In my more than 20 years being insured, I have never experienced such great service.
