Fantastic service

I recently switched insurance companies for short term insurance in my car and household goods and have always had issues in the past with terrible call Centre employees. However Lorenzo was amazing and I give credit to the MSTI team and him for a great job at smoothly transferring and handling all my information and for being extremely friendly and helpful. He was very efficient in a country where efficiency is increasingly ignored. I was highly impressed and want to say well done and thank you!!
