Fantastic Service

Bianca from the claims dept was absolutely fantastic. I had a windscreen claim and she processed it with such efficiency . She was polite , informative and so easy to deal with. I cant wait to have another problem , just so i can call and deal with her again. Then she even went out of her way to sort out a second issue i had on my policy. When she could have just passed me on on to another agent. She still called me to make sure the supplier had called to arrange the date and time to complete the work.<br> <br> Absolutely chuffed.
