Failure to repair the vehicle by Momentum led to depression of Mr Mpho Seero

I have been unvolved in an accident around the 07 October 2019, on the 08 October i registered my *** with Momemtum short term insurance.

They conducted the assessment on my car based on my damaged report and the AR no. On the 28 October 2019 they Authorised the claim and put a not to perform a diagnosis to confirm the damage on the engine and submitted a qoutation this work was done by BMW in Mahikeng instead of validating the second claim they decided to perform another form of investigation this time they prepared an explanatory letter attached to it was a consent form which is a forensic type of investigation and when i refused to sign again tried to reperform the work they have already performed when they validated a claim i also refused to sign that nonsensical thing because they realised the second invoice was R106 thousands plus the one of R79k already validated the Gentleman i dealt with here is Mr Martin Groenewald and His Manager Mr Wessels whom when i elevated the matter to him decided to go on a sick leave.

Its been almost two months waiting for my car to be fixed i reside in Mahikeng and the car i took for repairs is BMW X6M50d i want hello Peter to find out why after a proper assessment was conducted to date my car hasnt been repaired by this insurance and the treatment i received from this two White folks i want you to expose the hell out of them and this Momentum insurance company to be exposed and forced to repair my car.

These White folks are ****** and deserve to be fired they are a disgrace to our society and this country lets expose them and make them famous.
