Failure to pay insurance excess

<p>In 2014 my daughter has by a taxi. I submitted the forms to Alexander Forbes and to date they hav not had the decency to respond on the progress of getting my excess back. I sent an email recently and their response was that I should obtain the taxi's details. This has left me bemused, because the taxi driver and my daughter registered the accixent at Linden Police Station. This shows me that Alexander Forbes could not care less abiut me as their customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>2 years later another car drove into the back of my daughter's car, and surprise, surprise Alexander Forbes has failed to pay me back the excess again. I had to contact them again to see what the progress is. A big fat nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the mean time I have moved to another insurance company. </p>
