I am Mr. Fodo. On July 14, 2021, I filed my first claim after purchasing a motor insurance policy with momentum short-term insurance in 2014, and I was assisted by Ms. Zorhan Mokoele. She explained how the claim process works and was very professional, helpful, and courteous throughout. Ms. Mokoele kept me updated about the status of my claim.
