Extremely bad service from Alexander Forbes Insurance

I submitted a claim 6 weeks ago and am still waiting for the claim to be settled. The whole experience has been very unpleasant to say the least. I have had ****** remarks made about me , been called old. For the past 4 weeks I have not had access to a vehicle. I have had no feed back from the company. I am disgusted by the dismissive attitude that I have had to put up with
