extremely annoyed

My company Ltz Technologies had 12 vehicles insured with outsurance and sanlam, we had no problems wen it came to claiming with them. In just one day they sent an assessor out. I met this broker Geopaul and he promised me the world as to insure all my vehicles with him because he will fight on my behalf if any claims arise. Its been over one year since my brand new bmw went missing, we still got no report from alexander forbes nor from geopaul, when I phone him, he is always in meetings, I have the txts frm him as proof. I spoke to an investigator by the name of Braam van vuuren from alexander forbes, he asked me to send him all the documents which I filled in as well as the spare key for the bmw. Up until today, there has been no response from alexander forbes nor geopaul. The amazing part is that geopaul chose alexander forbes to insure this vehicle as it was brand new and couldn't leave the floor. I need feedback on this matter asap, so I know what next to do.
