Extraordinary WOW Service !

I wanted to thank Lutendo Mashele for his awesome and amazing service at Momentum.

I lost my car key and did not even know that Momentum will replace it. But my car could not be drivem and had to be moved by a tow truck.

My claim done by Basetsana was approved and settled within a day. I spoke to Lutendo and told him that they need the car at the dealer for them to make a key. And it need to be towed. He needed permission from his Manager which he got by email. There were lots of obstacles with the towing of my vehicle but Lutendo stayed friendly and professional and got a tow truck to move my vehicle after he took the lead in a conference call to the towing service. He never made it my problem to sort out he was with me every step of the way.

After helping me I asked if he can maybe find out if Momentum can help with a courtisy car cause it was almost weekend and the key would take three days to make.

My claim was already approved and paid....I said to Lutendo please try it is part of my insurance package and unforeseen circumstances made me stuck without a car.

He said he will try.....just to phone later with amazing news that Momentum is going to help with a courtisy car. Lutendo even phoned afterwards to make sure that my car was towed and everything was sorted out.

I have never experienced such a wow and amazing service. I just want to thank Momentum for their help and by having a person like Lutendo that walks that extra mile for their clients!
