expensive insurance

I would like to complain about my insurance cover i have been with Momentum for 6years and my premium were okay now this month they increased it by R262.00 which i feel its ridiculous, i expect annual increase however if it was R162.00 I would accept but R262.00 I feel that's too much for my budget also i was to that my car is getting older therefore parts are getting more expensive. i feel that they being inconsiderate in so many levels.

when i raised my concerns i was told to cancel and get something else, clearly they don't care about their loyal customer.
