Exorbitant Premium Escalation

My insurance premium on my building was increase 4x times from what I used to pay. Ive sent them emails and made calls for, for months now and I always get the same response "the underwriter is looking at it" . I have never had a claim on this building but when I ask them how did they get to increase my premium by so much, no one has an answer.
