Excuses NOT to pay

I lodged a claim with Momentum for resulting damages of heavy rains we had in April 2025. The claim was rejected for lack of maintenance done on the roof.

I disputed the matter as the roof was waterproofed less than a year ago (around 7 months give or take). I don’t know who waterproofs their roof every single month to be compliant with Momentums policies, but this is total BS.

I will be moving my insurance elsewhere.
