Excess paid back after I lost hope

I would like to compliment Alexander Forbs Insurance on excellent customer service. I was involved in an accident in November 2013 where a Coin Security truck made a U-turn in front of me and I wrote off my motorcycle. I had no hassle with the claim although I had to pay an excess. In March 2016 William contacted me and said they won the case against the guilty party and I was refunded my full excess I had to pay. Although I am no longer with Alexander Forbs, I need to compliment their excellent service.
