Exceptionally service

I had an issue on my policy which Thandi resolved and provided feedback. Excellent Service from the call centre and professional conduct throughout the nature of my dealings with her. Even though she could not get hold of me by telephone, Thandi ensured that she emailed progress and resolved my query to my satisfaction. I am most impressed as this is a call centre environment where a number of people can deal with the same query.
