Exceptionally pleased

I never come on this platform unless it is to complain however the service I received from Aubrey Mo***eng warrants that I should give praise where praise is due.

If I could give more stars, I definitely would. He delivered as he promised on my car insurance claim when my car was written off. He apologised for help I had not received prior to him coming to my claim and promised to check in with me if there was an update on my claim. He said he would update me every 2 days but he closed the entire claim in even less time.

I am exceptionally pleased with his service. Thank you.
