Exceptional service
I just need to compliment Daniel Gimesi on the exceptional service received. I submitted a claim for a damaged cellphone this morning 25 May. He has kept me in the loop throughout the day on the progress of the claim....... 5 hours later the claim is approved. This kinda service is unheard of! Thank you, Daniel.
