Dear Hello Peter,<br> <br> I contacted the call centre today to register a windscreen claim. I was pleasantly surprised when Nevash Packiri answered the call and immediately when out of his way to assist me.<br> <br> Good service needs a mention but this level of exceptional service shows character. He obviously loves helping people and thus I am sure his attitude and demeanour will take him far in life.
