I needed to submit a claim for a failed pool pump and Adam Sekgabi was the consultant that handled my claim. From the start, Adam was super efficient and handled my claim with expertise. He was knowledgeable and treated me in a manner that made me feel confident that the claim would proceed without any issues. Confirmation of the claim was prompt and often before we had ended the verbal discussion we were having. Throughout the claim process, Adam kept me updated. Once the claim was approved, he phoned to confirm it had been approved and that the service provider had called me to set up an appointment.
