Exceptional Service
Massive thanks to Adam Sekgabi at Momentum for excellent service and going above and beyond. It turned out I was in the complete wrong department for my query - but Adam helped me anyway and teleconferenced in the correct department to our call, he did not just hand my issue over - he saw it through to the end. Professional, polite and patient - it was a pleasure talking with him. Well done Momentum for making sure we have people like Adam assisting us.
