I would like to commend Zanele Sibiya for her excellent service. She was very friendly and professional when dealing with the cancellation of my policy. She tried her outmost best to retain me as a client, but I advised her that I got a cheaper premium with another insurer. She is indeed a great asset to your company. We need more people like her in the industry.
