Excellent service that I have received from Momentum Insure employee Mokgado Koolo

I had an incident at the beginning of February where all of my electronic appliances were hit by lightning. Since I am insured with Momentum, I lodged a claim, and Mokgadi Koolo warmly assisted me. It was both frustrating and tiring to go through the claim process. Mokgadi made the process so easy by advising me on what I needed to do for the process to go smoothly. Mokgadi will call me at the end of each day to check if all was well on my side. She would constantly update me on the progress if there was any. The very first time she answered my phone demonstrated the love she have for her work which extended to her customers. I was comforted by her warm personality and though I was frustrated she constantly assures me that all would be well. My claim was settled in no time without any hassles. She is the best person to deal with distressed customers who are also difficult like me. I took the decision that no matter what happened along the way, I will never leave Momentum because of the good service Mokgadi gave me.
