Excellent service received from Retentions consultant Kgosi!

Called into Momentum insure to move my insurance this morning, was assisted my Kgosi, excellent agent, with the level of insight and information they communicated, you can tell Kgosi really enjoys the job. Unfortunately my reason for moving was beyond his control but Kgosi really tried, i did not feel like I am being bribed to stay like how other agents do when you cancel a policy. He spoke facts, unfortunately my mind was made, thanks for the effort Kgosi....our country needs people who put an effort in what they do like you do!
