Excellent service from Momentum Insure

Momentum Insure

After I contacted my broker for the number of Momentum Insurance, I phoned them and went through all the dial pad option, to register a claim for a chip on my motor vehicle windscreen, the line just went dead. Within a few minutes Momentum phoned me back, indicating that they saw that I try to contact them and how can they assist me.

I indicated to the consultant (Dipuo Boshoga) that I have a chip on my vehicle’s windscreen and that I want to register a claim to obtain an authorization number, to have it repaired. She asked me all the necessary security questions, and which glass compony is the nearest to me. As work in Welkom, PG Gloss in Welkom was the nearest to my work. When I finished with the call, I saw on my phoned that I already received the SMS with the authorization number.

Within a minute after I saw the SMS with the authorization number, PG Glass was phoning me Indicating that I have a claim about a chip on my vehicle’s windscreen, and how can they assist me, and in which area I am.

As this is my first claim with Momentum, I must applaud them on the excellent service and especially the consultant that was handling my claim for their excellent services.

As a client of Momentum I am really proud of the is the service that I received from them, and I would recommend them to everybody.
