Excellent service from Lelo

I would like to compliment Lelo on the excellent service and for going above and beyond with trying to arrange a hire car for me when one of her colleagues didn't send my request through the day before. She was friendly and put me through to Avis immediately! Although I still don't have a hire car due to Avis now not having anything available , I appreciate her efforts
