Excellent service from Fikile Nkutha

During my vehicle claim I was assisted by Fikile Nkutha, and one would like to thank her for excellent work/ service that she has provide to make my claim so easy and smooth. After our vehicle has been tow to the nearest repairs center as I was busy with filling my claim forms Fikile gave me a call regarding her willingness to assist me to complete the claim forms as she has noticed that my car was been tow to their repair center. This is what one called customer focus, and going an extra mile to assist and explain the process that need to be followed was one thing that reminded me the reason why I chose this insurance more than 5 years ago. After submission of my claim the process was smooth, and I didn't have call for feedback as I was updated with every step of my claim.
