Excellent Service, Even at Cancellation – Thank You, Jolane!

Life doesn’t always go as planned, and unfortunately, I had to cancel my insurance with Momentum Insurance due to some personal challenges. I was expecting a long, complicated process, but to my surprise, it was anything but.

I called in and was assisted by Thabang, who kindly transferred me to Jolane. What a breath of fresh air! Jolane was incredibly humorous, thoughtful, and professional. She made what could have been a difficult moment feel light and manageable. She explained everything clearly and ensured I understood the cover I had already paid for, which I really appreciated.

I genuinely didn’t expect canceling insurance to be that easy or pleasant. Thank you, Jolane, for turning a painful process into a painless one. When things settle down, I’ll be calling you to onboard me again without a doubt!
