EXCELLENT SERVICE

Tiffany Jansen van Rensburg recently assist one of our clients with a claim on their cell phone. She has excellent telephonic skills !! Often times when dealing with call centre agents, you end up leaving the conversation, frustrated and irritated, however Tiffany was extremely proffessional, and went out of her way to assist where possible, she also left a smile on my face every time we had a telephonic discussion, which is a TRUE ASSET AND SKILL :) and very rare in our industry, others can definitely learn from this lady !!
