Excellent service by Roelien Lourens
A huge shoutout to Roelien Lourens, the Non-Drivable Claims Advisor at Claims Operations who assisted me (in my home language Afrikaans) in registering my motor vehicle accident claim. She was so helpful and friendly, and arranged for the assessor and car rental in no time. It was an absolute pleasure to be served by her. Overall, our experience with Momentum has been wonderful. Thanks for being a great insurance company!
