Excellent Service by Employee - Layla Morris

This rating will benefit Momentum, however credit should be given to Layla Morris, who has assisted me and finalized an issue that was going on for numerous days. This affected me greatly!!! What I appreciated most in this case, Layla Morris got hold of me, she actually followed up on an outstanding matter, something I do not see a lot these days. What further impressed me, I had to put her on hold a couple of times, she stayed professional, never dropped my call and kept assisting me until I could confirm that what I needed, was received on my end. She further never stopped selling Momentum to me, she advise about processes and procedure and how one could overcome difficulty, whilst apologizing on behalf of her colleagues for not giving me good service. Keep it up Layla Morris, Momentum needs more of you.
