Excellent Service

One of the water pipes in our roof started leaking on Friday evening 5 July 2024. My broker contacted Momentum Insure and I had the privilege to contacted by Funeka Myaka. I was quite upset about the leakage and was sure I sounded a little hysterical. Funeka stayed very calm and professional through the whole process. She offered to send a plumber immediately, but as the damage was already done we agreed that the next morning would be fine. Funeka kept in touch and then also registered the resultant damage claim. It has been a very long time since I have been this impressed with service received from an insurance company. I am happy to report that all the word repairing the damage has been completed and the workmanship of Desert Stone Contractors is of an outstanding quality. The house looks as if there never was any damage. Thank you Funeka for the fantastic service I received from you... a definite 20/10 for you.
