Excellent Service and Quick Resolution!
I emailed Momentum Insure this morning after noticing that my premium had increased. I sent an email requesting a review, and to my surprise, I received a call shortly after from consultant Tawfeeq Saint.
The entire review process was handled quickly and professionally over the phone in under 10 minutes. Tawfeeq was friendly, efficient, and really helpful. After the review, my premium was actually decreased, which I truly appreciate.
Thank you to Momentum Insure and especially to Tawfeeq for the great service and quick turnaround!
