Excellent service and mannerisms from contact centre.

Excellent service from Fabian, compared to my last insurer A&G the service is beyond exceptional. This was an accident with my brand new 19-year-old son as a driver and they had no issues with the claim. (It was not his fault :-)

One criticism is that the repairs claim division and the write-off claims division are separate so you have to speak to two separate people depending on how bad your accident damage is. This is weird, why not just one contact?
