When one take out insurance it's always out of necessity and because it's a prerequisite. So i when I joined momentum I had very little hope that they would honour their claims or that I would have to submit a claim considering that I had had no claim on my previous vehicle. So when I was in a situation where I needed to claim in came Phumudzo Luvhengo. She took me step by step, guided me through the process. Kept me in the loop, responded timeously to my questions and queries. I dont know if its just her or if that the values momentum has in place. But wow its been quite a journey and I'm happy to have momentum by my side.
