EXCELLENT SERVICE

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Lora Field for her amazing customer service after being left frustrated on the side of the road on Friday evening. I lodged a formal complaint with Momentum on Monday morning and Lora attended to my complaint and promised that she will ensure that the matter is dealt with fully. She kept me posted throughout and this morning I received my full refund for the money I had paid to the tow truck company.
