I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Samantha Julies at the claims department <br> She was prompt, Friendly and very efficient when capturing my claim, To my surprise she called me 1 hour later to advise that the claim had been authorised<br> NOW THAT'S AWESOME SERVICE<br> Keep up the excellent work Sam.
